MomMeet is available to individuals who are:
By registering you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may verify your age at any time and suspend accounts that do not comply.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@mommeet.ae.
You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts or impersonating another person will result in permanent suspension.
MomMeet is a supportive community. You agree not to:
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.
You retain ownership of content you create (messages, posts, profile text). By posting, you grant MomMeet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and deliver that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.
MomMeet facilitates connections between parents but is not responsible for in-person interactions. When meeting other parents, exercise your own judgement and follow common-sense safety precautions (e.g. meet in public places first).
The core app is free. A MomMeet Plus subscription is coming soon and will be available as an in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and cancellation terms will be displayed clearly before any purchase. Apple's standard subscription terms apply.
MomMeet is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to disputes between users or outcomes of in-person meetings.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
